Our History
J. Fralin and Associates LLC was founded in 2019 by Jonathan A. Fralin. After graduating from Virginia Tech, he worked for a national home builder as a Project Superintendent in Richmond, VA for 8 years. After a successful career in Richmond, J. Fralin and Associates LLC was launched to fulfill a dire need for a quality construction with a personal touch.
Jonathan's family has a rich legacy of quality construction. His Great-grandfather, founded J.H. Fralin and Son in 1935. Throughout the years, J.H. Fralin and Son built countless commercial buildings throughout the state of Virginia with an unrivaled reputation for quality.
